BRING LITTLE FOLKIES TO YOUR COMMUNITY
Little Folkies partners with play spaces, kids' stores, family clubs, bookstores, studios, community centers, farms, children's organizations, museums, and other family-focused venues to bring joyful music experiences to local families.
Partner with Little Folkies to host weekly family music classes or a special Pop-Up Music Circle or Family Concert at your venue.
Little Folkies Venue Partnerships are a wonderful way to bring new families through your doors, generate additional revenue, offer engaging family programming, and build community around your space—without having to develop your own music program.
Little Folkies provides the teacher or artist, music, curriculum, program support, and promotional materials. Your venue provides the space, local community, and helps spread the word.

Bring Families Back Week After Week
Our weekly family classes combine live acoustic music, singing, movement, rhythm, instruments, listening, and creative play for children ages 0–5 and their grown-ups.
Each session features a seasonal collection of songs families experience together week after week, season after season.
choose from three ways to offer weekly classes:
OPTION 1: Flat fee VENUE RENTAL
Typically $50 per class
Little Folkies rents your space and handles registration, payments, administration, teacher coordination, and primary promotion.
Your venue provides the space and helps spread the word through newsletters, social media, website listings, posters, and flyers whenever possible.
No revenue share.
OPTION 2: venue MANAGES REGISTRATION
Your Venue: 30%
Little Folkies: 70%
Your venue provides the space and manages registration, payments, customer communication, and primary promotion.
Little Folkies provides the certified teacher, curriculum, program support, and promotional materials.
8 paid full-series enrollment minimum.
Option 3: LITTLE FOLKIES MANAGES REGISTRATION
Your Venue: 20%
Little Folkies: 80%
Little Folkies manages registration, payments, and administration while both Little Folkies and your venue actively promote the class.
Your venue provides the space and helps introduce Little Folkies to its community.
8 paid full-series enrollment minimum.
HOST A LITTLE FOLKIES TICKETED EVENT
Pop-Up Music Circles & Family Concerts
Bring a special Little Folkies live music experience to your community.
Choose from an intimate 40-minute Pop-Up Music Circle or a larger 45-minute Family Concert, featuring live acoustic folk music, singing, dancing, movement, storytelling, instruments, and playful audience participation.
Events can be led by a certified Little Folkies teacher or Little Folkies creator Irena Eide.

OPTION 1: flat fee performance
Flat Performance Fee · Starting at $500
Your organization sponsors the event and families attend free of charge. No ticket sales.
Pop-Up Music Circle
Certified Little Folkies Teacher — $500
Irena Eide — $750
Family Concert
Certified Little Folkies Teacher — Starting at $1,000
Irena Eide — $1,250
There is no ticket revenue share when families attend for free.
Option 2: YOUR VENUE SELLS THE TICKETS
Your Venue: 15%
Little Folkies: 85%
Your venue manages ticketing, customer communication, and primary promotion.
The applicable flat performance fee becomes the minimum performance guarantee.
Little Folkies receives the minimum performance guarantee or 85% of gross ticket revenue, whichever is greater.
The guarantee is not an additional fee—it simply establishes the minimum amount Little Folkies will receive for the event.
option 3. LITTLE FOLKIES SELLS THE TICKETS
Your Venue: 10%
Little Folkies: 90%
Little Folkies handles registration, payments, and ticketing while both organizations actively promote the event.
No upfront performance fee · 20 paid ticket minimum
If the minimum isn't reached by the agreed sales deadline, the event may be canceled or rescheduled.
PROMOTION IS A PARTNERSHIP
Great Classes Need a Local Community
Your venue already has something incredibly valuable: a relationship with local families.
That's why venue promotion is an important part of every Little Folkies partnership—even when Little Folkies manages registration.
Promotion may include:
Dedicated email announcements
Newsletter features
Social media posts and stories
Website listings
Event calendars
Posters and flyers throughout your space
Staff mentioning Little Folkies to families
Parent or member communications
Sharing in local community groups
Promoting future sessions to current participants
WHAT MAKES A GREAT LITTLE FOLKIES VENUE?
We're looking for spaces that are:
Safe and toddler-friendly
Welcoming to babies, young children, and caregivers
Appropriate for live acoustic music
Large enough for at least 8 children plus caregivers
Accessible to families
Easy to find and get to
Available at a consistent weekly day and time
Supported by a venue excited to help build the program
We'll ask you to share photos and a 360° video of the proposed class space so we can understand the layout and determine appropriate class capacity.
