The $475 party rate includes teacher preparation, local travel within the teacher's service area (10 miles), arrival, setup, and pack-up.

Host and guests can pre-order their own box sets and Little Folkies will ship the complete order directly to the party host, ready to give out at the celebration.
Featuring 4 beautifully illustrated song books; Songs for Spring, Summer, Fall & Winter with sheet music and chords, and accompanying cd’s, packaged in a suitcase easy to carry for the little ones, the boxset lets families keep singing their favorite Little Folkies songs long after the party is over.

Party Policies
WHO IS THE CLASS FOR?
Designed especially for babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and young children ages 0-5, Little Folkies Birthday Parties bring children and grown-ups together to sing, dance, play, and celebrate.
PARENT PARTICIPATION
Rather than simply watching a performance, everyone is invited to join in. Little Folkies is an interactive family music experience, not a sit-down children's performance. Parents, caregivers, grandparents, siblings, and friends are encouraged to sing, move, dance, and participate alongside the children. The shared experience is part of what makes Little Folkies so special.
SPACE SET UP
Please provide a safe, comfortable area where everyone can gather and children have room to move. We recommend putting away toys and other distractions before the music begins.
HOW TO PREPARE
Your Little Folkies teacher will bring the instruments and materials needed for the musical experience. Please let you guests know in advance you will be hosting a Little Folkies class and ideally send them the music to listen and get familiar with the songs, and the option to buy the box set if desired. Send the music link and class guidelines to your guests and make sure you gather everyone and ask them to join the circle when it’s time to start.
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT
Advance reservations are required and party dates and times are subject to teacher availability.
All birthday party bookings are non-refundable.
If you need to change your party date or time, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests are subject to teacher availability and cannot be guaranteed.
OUTDOOR PARTIES & WEATHER
Outdoor parties are welcome when conditions are appropriate. Please have an indoor or covered backup location available in case of rain, excessive heat, strong wind, or other conditions that could make the musical experience uncomfortable or unsafe.
Weather-related cancellations by the host are non-refundable. When possible, we will do our best to accommodate a rescheduling request, subject to teacher availability.
ADULT SUPERVISION
A parent, caregiver, or responsible adult must remain present and responsible for children throughout the experience.
Little Folkies teachers provide the musical program and are not responsible for childcare or general supervision of party guests.
FOOD
Please keep food and drinks away from the music area and instruments during the 40-minute experience whenever possible.
TEACHER CANCELLATIONS
In the unlikely event that your scheduled teacher becomes unavailable, Little Folkies will make every reasonable effort to provide another trained Little Folkies teacher.
If a replacement cannot be arranged, you may choose to reschedule your party or receive a full refund
