How it works!
Once you complete the Little Folkies Teacher Training, we provide the structure and support you need to succeed!
We handle finding the venues and scheduling all the classes. You get to focus on what you do best: teaching and making music.
We manage all student sign-ups through our booking system and provide professional promotional materials to ensure your classes are full.
Receive ongoing coaching and support from a passionate community of hard-working, talented musicians.
Earn a Living as a Musician: Teacher starting pay per class is $75-$100, plus a $25 bonus for full classes.
Make a Real Difference: You will be a musical role model and an inspiration to children and their families, making a difference in a child's life every single time you teach a class.
Spread the Joy of Music: Our core philosophy is simple: music is meant to feel good. You'll help spread the joy of unfettered, from-the-heart, acoustic folk music.
