SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by Smithsonian Folkways Recordings in Washington, DC.

U.S. ORDERS

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the order and shipping destination.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping is available to select destinations and is calculated based on the destination and order.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges assessed by the destination country.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Little Folkies within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order information and photos of the product and packaging so we can work with Smithsonian Folkways Recordings to resolve the issue.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be changed or canceled before they have been submitted to Smithsonian Folkways for fulfillment.

Once an order has been submitted for fulfillment, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
